Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in Account suspension, voiding of Wagers, and forfeiture of balances.
vif555 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide, upon request, any or all of the following documents:
vif555 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 3 business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. vif555 reserves the right to extend this period in cases of enhanced due diligence.

Deposits are credited to your vif555 Real Money Balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. Standard deposit processing times are as follows:

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. All Account balances, Wagers, and transactions on vif555 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vif555 does not offer multi-currency accounts. There are no currency conversion fees applicable to standard transactions.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. vif555 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant Account balances, as disclosed in the cashier, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied.
All Wagers placed on vif555 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail.
Bets placed on the vif555 sportsbook are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. vif555 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds (known as "palpable errors"). Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are governed by the sportsbook rules displayed in the relevant section of the Platform.

Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. Unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of a bonus offer is capped as stated in the applicable promotion. vif555 reserves the right to adjust bonus caps without prior notice for future promotions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vif555 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all pending and settled Wagers, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that all Wagers are placed at your own risk. vif555 is not responsible for any financial loss arising from Wagers placed on the Platform in the ordinary course of gameplay. By using the Platform, you accept full responsibility for your wagering decisions.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting vif555 support at support@vif555.com. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

Upon termination of an Account by vif555, all pending Wagers will be settled in accordance with applicable game rules. Real Money Balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file following investigation, unless forfeiture is warranted under these Terms & Conditions. Bonus Funds are forfeited in all cases of Account termination by vif555 for breach.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which vif555 is licensed and incorporated.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our customer support process may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitral tribunal orders otherwise.
